In 2010 B.A.R. Concrete completed over 300 Concrete projects in South Central Texas. Brandon Buteaux, the CEO/President of B.A.R. Concrete, has a strong background in concrete and a philosophy of, “Our clients and customers come first, it is our goal to make our clients and customers happy, which means meeting and exceeding their expectations”. In doing this, B.A.R. Concrete has built a company with a reputation of quality, honesty, trust and safety as well as being price competitive. When asked about pricing the CEO stated, “We would not have any work in this economy if we were not competitive, with regards to our pricing. Our goal is to deliver the best possible product, it just so happens that we are also very price-effective as well.”

When asked what got him interested in concrete work, Brandon Buteaux(CEO) stated, “My dad has been doing concrete for over 25 years, so naturally I grew up around it. However, when I started actually working in concrete, from age 16 on, I realized that concrete is one of the only, if not the only trade that has a moment of culmination that everything has to be at or near perfect. That, in itself keeps me intrigued and motivated on a daily basis. In most other trades if you make a mistake, it is a rather easy fix. Splice lumber for framing, shim doors, stretch carpet, etc. but in concrete you work and check the job, and work and check the job, then in one elongated moment you pour and all of the work is actually meshed within that pour and our craftsmanship. On top of that aspect of concrete, it is one of the oldest most integral materials used in building since ancient Greece, and to me, foundations are by far the most important structural element to a structure. All of that combined will hopefully keep me as motivated about concrete and the concrete industry 30 years from now as it does today and as it has with my dad.”
